Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
We ship via trusted courier partners (TCS, PostEx, Leopards) to ensure safe, trackable delivery across Pakistan.
Order Processing:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan:
- Major cities: 2–3 days
- Remote areas: 3–4 days
- AJK & Northern areas: 4–5 days
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000
Orders under Rs. 3,000: Rs. 200 flat shipping fee
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- SMS confirmation with tracking number
- Courier partner details
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order anytime via the courier's website or by contacting us.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. Pay when you receive your order - no advance payment required.
COD Verification:
Our courier partner may call to confirm your delivery address before dispatch. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Delivery Issues
Missed delivery? Contact the courier or WhatsApp us - we'll arrange redelivery.
Damaged package? Don't accept it. Contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement.
Wrong address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to update delivery details.
