7-Day Return Window
You can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items (opened or unopened)
  • Wrong product sent by mistake

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened cosmetics (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products without original packaging or seals

How to Return

Step 2: Share your order number and reason for return
Include photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Step 3: We'll arrange pickup or provide return instructions
No need to visit a courier office - we'll handle logistics.

Step 4: Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or send a replacement.

Refund Timeline

  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 5–7 business days
  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

Want a different shade or product? We'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (before opening if possible)
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice
  • No return shipping charges for defective items
