1) General

ENLUNSY provides cosmetic and beauty products through enlunsy.com. By using this website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or using under guardian supervision)

  • You agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

2) Product Information & Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings

  • Packaging/design may change by manufacturer

  • Availability may change without notice

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel and refund the order.

3) Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in PKR unless mentioned otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)

  • Online prepaid payment methods (as available on checkout)

If payment is declined or incomplete, the order may be canceled automatically.

4) Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp. This does not guarantee acceptance.

ENLUNSY reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order due to stock unavailability

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Refuse service in case of suspicious activity

5) Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan (or as listed at checkout).

Estimated delivery time:

  • Typically 2–7 business days (may vary by location)

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Unreachable customer / incomplete address

ENLUNSY is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.

6) Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are non-returnable.

Refund/Replacement is only offered if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Item arrives damaged/leaking

  • Missing item in parcel

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/video evidence

  • Shipping label image

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

7) Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8) Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

  • Promo codes may have usage limits and expiry dates

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless stated

  • ENLUNSY may cancel promotions at any time

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

9) User Responsibilities

When purchasing from ENLUNSY, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact details

  • Not misuse COD services (fake/unreachable orders)

  • Not use the site for fraud or illegal activity

For repeated order refusals or misuse, ENLUNSY may restrict future orders.

  • Product content

  • Images

  • Branding

  • Text

is the property of ENLUNSY and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11) Limitation of Liability

ENLUNSY is not liable for:

  • Skin reactions/allergies due to individual sensitivity

  • Incorrect product selection by customer

  • Misuse of products

  • Delivery delays caused by courier issues

Customers should review ingredients and usage instructions before use and perform a patch test if necessary.
